When and where will Endgame Town Hall 2026 take place?
Endgame Town Hall 2026 will take place on Saturday, 19 September 2026, at Kartika Expo, Balai Kartini, Jakarta. The event agenda and schedule will be announced on the official website and Instagram at @endgametownhall.
What is included with my ticket?
Each ticket tier includes a different set of benefits, from main event access and merchandise (Scholars) to Power Lunch access, priority seating, and curated books (Luminaries and Pioneers). See the ticket cards for the full breakdown of each category.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Refund and cancellation terms are governed by our Terms & Conditions. Please contact info.egth@endgame.id for assistance with your booking.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Ticket transfer requests can be submitted to info.egth@endgame.id ahead of the event, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
How will I receive my e-ticket?
Your e-ticket will be sent to the email address used at checkout after your purchase is confirmed.
What should I bring on the event day?
Please bring your e-ticket (printed or on your phone) and a valid ID for entry.
Can I choose my seat?
Seating depends on your ticket category. Luminaries and Pioneers include priority front-row seating.
Will food and beverages be provided?
Food and beverage provisions vary by ticket category, as outlined in each ticket's included benefits.
Will the event be recorded?
Selected sessions may be recorded. Recording availability will be announced closer to the event.
May I take photos or videos during the event?
Personal photography is welcome. Professional equipment may require prior accreditation.
Is parking available?
Parking is available at Balai Kartini. Parking fees are not included in the ticket price.
What if I arrive late?
Late arrivals are admitted, though entry to sessions in progress may be managed to minimize disruption.
Does my ticket include transportation or accommodation?
No. Transportation and accommodation are not included in any ticket category.
What happens if the schedule or featured Narrators changes?
The program is subject to change. Any updates to the schedule or featured Narrators will be posted on the official website and Instagram.
