1. All ticket purchases are final and are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the organizer.
2. Participants must present a valid e-ticket and government-issued identification during registration.
3. Each ticket admits one person and is valid for a single entry only.
4. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant who violates event rules or disrupts the experience of others.
5. The event schedule, speakers, venue, and program are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Photography and videography will take place throughout the event. By attending, participants grant the organizer permission to use such materials for promotional and documentation purposes.
7. Dangerous items, weapons, illegal substances, alcoholic beverages, and any prohibited items are not allowed inside the venue.
8. Exclusive benefits, including Networking Night, Power Lunch, Endgame Lyceum, and other premium experiences, are available only to the corresponding ticket category and cannot be exchanged or transferred separately.
9. Registration details, event information, and access instructions will be sent to the registered email address prior to the event.
10. By purchasing a ticket, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
